Orders are processed and shipped (see Local for Local Orders) in the order in which they are received. All orders are shipped via USPS using the most cost-effective shipping option. Unlike many vinyl suppliers, we do not inflate your shipping costs. All shipping fees are based on weight. Processing times are approximate and do not reflect shipping delays caused by the carrier. Our average shipping and processing time is within 24 hours of purchase excluding Sundays and holidays. Our shipping and processing times are estimates and may vary depending on volume for the day. We do everything we can to get orders out the day they are placed.
If you choose Local Pick Up as your shipping option we are located in Troy Missouri outside of St Louis. If you have chosen this option by mistake please let us know and we can invoice you for the shipping. Otherwise your order will be processed as a local pick up and will not be shipped. Once your order is available you will receive an email notice with that locations information. If you do not pick up your order within 90 days your order is forfeited and no refund is available.
Shipments are not considered lost in transit until 14 business days have passed with no scans on the package. Please allow USPS enough time to deliver your order before making an inquiry. Craft Vinyl Cottage is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once reported delivered by the USPS. If you’ve received a tracking number with your order, you can contact USPS directly or visit www.tools.usps.com and enter your tracking number for an update. Please keep in mind that your order will ship to the address that appears on your invoice. It is your responsibility to be sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages that have been re-directed or misplaced due to the incorrect shipping address.
Buyer is responsible for all taxes and tariffs associated with their purchase and shipment. All estimated shipping times are estimates only. International shipping is subject to delays and customs protocol. Craft Vinyl Cottage is not responsible for these delays.

If we have not already packed the order we will add to the order. It is better to place the second order and then send an email to jillian@craftvinylcottage immediately. If we have not packed your first order we will combine them and refund any additional shipping fees once the order is packed and weighed. If we are unable to put the orders together we will ship out the second order. Because you have not yet received an email stating your item has shipped doesn't mean it isn't packed or shipped. The batch might still be in que. We will try our best to combine your orders but it is not guaranteed.
If you have an issue with an order you have placed with us and are missing item(s) or have any damage to your item(s) you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org ONLY 5 business days of your order being marked delivered by the shipping carrier or 10 business days from us sending it (whichever is later). After this amount of time your order will be considered to have been received complete. You will need to provide photo documentation, so please do not throw out ANY packaging or shipping materials until after we have helped you resolve the issue with your order. Failure to keep the materials or provide the requested photos will limit the ways we are able to correct the issue and could possibly make it so we are unable to do so. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item is determined to be defective by the manufacturer. In this instance, you would return the item to us and we would ship it to the manufacturer for inspection. If your item is deemed fit for use, your item will be shipped back to you at your expense.We do not offer compensation for return shipping if found not defective. Proven missing or defective items will be refunded. All missing or defective inquiries are checked and validated before proceeding. Mistakes can and will happen. We are only human. We take every precaution we can for those mistakes to not happen. When they do occur we have checks and balances in place to back track and see where and how it occurred and hopefully not repeat those mistakes.
Tunneling is not considered a defect and is a natural occurrence with stiffer vinyl/film. Tunneling is when the film lifts from the carrier and causes a raised tunnel. It is easily corrected by lifting the film to the tunnel and gently smoothing it back in place.
These prices are only available within that listing. If you choose the item under it's normal listing you will not receive the discounted pricing. Please be sure you are ordering correctly. No refunds or exchanges will be given for error in selection. Many times we have separate inventory for the discounted listing. Once that inventory is depleted the sale will end. Having separate listings is due to the separation of inventory. Supplies are limited and no rain checks are given.
We work hard to keep inventory up to date but sometimes these occurrences are unavoidable. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to out of stock or low inventory; you will be refunded for the missing item and the remainder of your order will be fulfilled and promptly shipped.

You assume all risks & liabilities relating to the use of this product. Due to the manufacturing and cutting process size may vary + or - .5 inches. Due to variances in monitors colors may be a representation and colors may vary. **Craft Vinyl Cottage is not responsible for user error. It is your responsibility to know how to use your cutter and the supplies you purchase to use in that cutter. It is also your responsibility to store your vinyl properly. Printed, holographic, and foil vinyl may have line breaks in the design. This is not a defect. This is due to the manufacturing or design process.
Sorry, CraftVinylCottage does not offer discounts. We keep our prices low so you’re already receiving an amazing price for high-quality products. We rarely have coupons. When those are available they will be listed in our banner at the top of our website. We make any coupons and pricing available to everyone.
We do not offer discounts on shipping. We do audit each order to ensure that your order was placed in the correct shipping bracket and adjust if necessary.
To offer discounted shipping rates other companies have their pricing absorb those rates. You are paying for it, just not seeing it separated. We do not like this practice. Instead of padding pricing elsewhere we put our pricing as low as we can. Keeping the shipping a separate entity from our products allows us to run amazing sales. It also is highly beneficial for the ones that pick up locally. We keep our shipping as fair as we can. It is a cost we incur and must recoup like any other company. We are just open and upfront about it. We cannot be "like the other companies". Because we are not them and they are not us. We would love to be able to offer a bigger discount. And when we can we do. Right up front and immediately. We have always lowered our pricing when we are given a discount from our suppliers. And we will always continue to do that.

We do not have any affiliate program. Having affiliates is an added cost that would need to be absorbed somewhere, which means costs raised. We would rather have someone recommend us organically, not because we paid them. If you see us recommend or share another person/companies page or items it is because we enjoy their services personally and share the same values. We just love giving someone a pat on the back when it is deserved and not paid for.
We do offer donations. However, we are a small company and can only do so much. We ask that all donations be made in writing on letterhead of the organization and include their tax exempt status. If it is for an event we would need the advertisement for the event included with the letter. Unfortunately it has come to these requirements as I get dozens of them, sometimes daily, and sadly some are just for personal use and never for the right reason. We do set a monthly budget for donations. Otherwise we would see no limit. We set the budget using a percentage of our previous months sales. We are a company that was created to give special needs adults a place to work and to help support our local Special Olympics. So a portion of our donation allowance automatically gets set aside for those needs. After that we disperse to other charitable needs. The sizes listed on a product are the only sizes available on hand. We sheet everything as soon as it arrives. This ensures that we can quickly fulfill orders. In some circumstances we may be able to assist. Please message us at email@example.com. It is not always possible but if so we will surely do it.
We currently do not do any custom prints. All our prints and ready to press designs come from a 3rd party printing company. They hold and ensure all proper licensing has been acquired for the prints/designs. Special order printing is available. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. There may be a minimum requirement.
All Custom and Special Orders are paid in advance. Your order will not be placed unless payment has been completed.
